Found Atlas Appliance Repair online while searching for bosch washing machine repair service in San Diego. My Bosch washer had been making weird noises, and it was getting worse. Called them up, and they sent someone the next day! Love the quick response.
The tech, super friendly, checked everything out fast. Knew what he was doing. He explained the issue like he was chatting with a friend, nothing too technical. Replaced a part, not sure what it was, but it fixed the noise problem.
While he was at it, gave me some tips on keeping the washer running smoothly. Didn’t feel like I was being upsold on things I didn’t need, which was refreshing.
